ACS 6-1 - Amboseli, Tsavo West, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli: after early
breakfast drive through Maasai land to
 Amboseli National Park
arriving in time for lunch, afternoon game drive, dinner and
overnight at the safari lodge.
Day 2: Amboseli – Tsavo West: Early
game drive, breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park below the
base of the Chyulu hills and cross a great lava flow which confirms
Mt. Kilimanjaro’s volcanic past. You also visit Mzima Springs where
underwater observation enables you to see hippos and crocodiles.
Lunch, afternoon game drive at the Rhino Sanctuary, dinner and
overnight at the safari lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo West – Lake Naivasha:
after breakfast drive to Lake Naivasha, lunch en-route, afternoon is
spent watching the birds, dinner and overnight at a lakeside hotel.
Day 4: Naivasha – Masai Mara: After
breakfast, drive to the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, lunch,
afternoon game viewing, dinner and overnight at a safari lodge.
Day 5: Masai Mara: Early game drive,
breakfast, another game drive, lunch, afternoon game drive, dinner
and overnight at a safari lodge.
Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi: after
breakfast drive through the Great Rift Valley to reach Nairobi by
lunch time.

6-2: Tree
Hotel, Mount Kenya, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara
Day 1: Nairobi - Tree Hotel: After
breakfast drive to the small town of Nyeri have a sumptuous lunch ,
after lunch leave for the tree hotel of your choice (Tree Top, the
Ark or Mountain Lodge) for afternoon game drive, dinner and
overnight is spent in your comfortable perch above the floodlit
waterhole and salt lick where all night long animals come to drink.
Day 2: Tree Hotel – Mount Kenya Safari
Club: After breakfast drive shortly to Mount Kenya Safari Club
whose membership includes a host of movie stars, politicians and
aristocrats. Here you can have a day of total relaxation in the splendid landscape surroundings. Activities available include golf,
tennis, horse-back ridding, and swimming in the water pool. Over
night and all meals at the club.
Day 3: Mount Kenya – Lake Nakuru via
Thompson’s Falls: After breakfast drive shortly across the tip
of The Aberdare Mountains stopping briefly to view the 73 meters
plunge of Thompson’s Falls, named after the Scotts explorer who
first discovered the falls in 1884 Continue to lake Nakuru for
lunch, afternoon game drive along the lake’s shores where you view a
million or more flamingoes, dinner and overnight at a safari lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara: After
breakfast drive through the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara, lunch
en-route, afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight in the lodge.
Day 5: Masai Mara: Early morning game
drive, breakfast, another game drive, lunch, afternoon game drive,
dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6: After breakfast drive through
the Great Rift Valley to Nairobi arriving by lunch time.
